Software

Dynamo Maths

We are currently using this software and find it one of the best of the online maths packages in terms of being specifically targeted at Dyscalculia. It's also web based so does not need any software installation.

Number Shark

Very enjoyable as it's based around lots of fun games. It's key strength is it is highly configurable and worth investing time in understanding how to best use. Strongly recommended

Books

Practical Activities for Children with Dyscalculia: Parents Edition

This book is intended for children who find the basics of maths complex and confusing.  The volume starts with the fundamentals of number and simple addition, and concludes with long division. Author - Tony Attwood

This is more of a workbook that sets out a daily tuition plan.
